London Borough of Bexley – BBW supported Bexley with their “Bexley First” initiative which comprised the development of a strategy and then the procurement of a replacement LAN, WAN, Voice Lines/Minutes, Contact Centre and VoIP telephony system across 20+ sites.

Circle Housing – BBW have supported Circle with many projects including the procurement of a replacement WAN and a voice lines/minutes provider.  Both projects resulted in considerable cost savings and service improvement.

Luton & Dunstable NHS Trust – BBW supported L&D with the development of a comprehensive communications strategy.  The scope included replacement of legacy voice and contact centre systems as well as advanced bed site functionality for patients and clinicians.
