TEM Modules

BBW’s Telecom Expense Management solution is split into 9 separate modules.  Each module covers a specific aspect of the TEM service and clients can select to have as many or as few modules as they require.

The modules comprise:

  • Cost Saving – An entire module to analyse and recommend cost reduction opportunities. This module also tracks your total telecoms costs and the savings you have achieved thus far.
  • User Portal – This module is extensive and includes: i) View my bill, ii) View my colleagues costs, iii) Order new devices, iv) Request support, v) View policies and manuals, vi) Identify my personal calls.  Each of these are optional and can be turn on or off per user.
  • Reporting – Our comprehensive reporting engine allows both strategic and detailed analysis of all telecoms costs. In a single dashboard, view all of the costs and then drill down to the required detail.
  • Invoice Management – This module manages all telecoms invoices.  Each element of each invoice is checked for accuracy, right down to the individual line item.  The solution also splits costs by user, cost centre, business unit and site.
  • Supplier Management – Telecoms typically comprises many different suppliers, with different contracts, SLAs and problems.  This module provides a single place to locate all of the contract information, monitor contract end dates, spend per supplier and SLA performance per supplier.
  • Call Management – Our call management module replaces the traditional call logger connected to the telephone system/s.  All the standard call logging reports are available including the ability to report on calls from each extension, split the costs by department, monitor telephone line utilisation and identify fraud and misuse.
  • Asset Management – The efficient management of assets is a key to cost reduction.  For example, ensuring that devices are cancelled when staff leave.  Cancelling services when an office closes.  Monitoring utilisation to allow lines to be cancelled etc.
  • Data Import – This module, which is fully managed by BBW, comprises the import of call data from many different suppliers across different countries.  BBW have interfaces covering more than 20 countries and this is constantly expanding to meet client requirements.
  • System Administration – Finally, the system admin module covers everything from password resets to which users have access to which modules and options within each module.  For example, within the User Portal, can a manager see the spend of colleagues in their team?
